Our programs are the designated programs which allows every person to minister as he/she flows.

Whatever your Gift, skills, passions or background, there’s an opportunity for you to share the love of Christ

 with people of Uganda. We give everyone opportunity to operate in various kinds of ministry like.

Gender Equality

Some years ago we felt enough to see men in churches and community putting women down by fueling wrong attitudes against women being a leader in church or community by interpreting wrongly the Bible saying that the Word of God proclaims, “……. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent” (1 Timothy 2:11–12) and ‘‘Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; …… it is a shame for women to speak in the church’’. And 1 Corinthians 11:34-35.

So we started organizing Gender Equality Conferences with the aim of inspiring and encouraging women to stand and exercise their God given gifts in church, society and the world because in God’s Kingdom there is neither male nor female according to Galatians 3: 28 “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”

We have been encouraging women to stand as you may see the attached picture while a woman delivering a sermon in a church service.

And now some churches have agreed that women are permitted to preach, lead, and teach, but ideologically there are still barriers. For example, a pastor, deacon, or elder position opens, and no women apply or seem eligible. People may blame women—saying they’re not interested in the roles or aren’t qualified for the roles—instead of seeing that women have historically been excluded and not able to train for the roles in question. In other words, it’s a social deficit (a systemic inequality), not a deficit in women, that led to the shortage of women applicants. In addition, most churches are still led by men and employ traditionally masculine leadership models and styles, meaning that women don’t see people like them in those positions and therefore dismiss themselves as candidates for the position.

So in inspiring and encouraging women to stand and exercise their God given gifts, apart from the Gender Equality conferences we do, we have encouraged women of our churches to start up Dorkas Ministry which carters for the Neglected and Abandoned Women, Girls, Widows, Single Mothers as you may see on thier website (www.dm.cfsites.org) and Youtube Footage https://youtu.be/khFgKJyLCz0
